Help Center

Everything you need to set up your account, take an exam, and understand your results.

Getting started

  1. Create an account from the Create your account page using your name, username, email address, and a strong password.
  2. Enter the verification code sent to your email address.
  3. Wait for an administrator to approve your account. You will be able to sign in once approval is complete.
  4. Sign in and open your dashboard to see available exams and practice sets.

Creating an account

Choose a username that is unique and easy for you to remember — it is used to sign in and to identify your exam attempts. Usernames cannot be changed later without contacting support. You can sign up with an email address and password, or use “Sign in with Google”.

Verifying your email

I did not receive the verification code

  • Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders.
  • Confirm you entered the correct email address, then request a new code.
  • Wait for the cooldown period to finish before requesting another code.

My code has expired

Verification codes are time-limited. Request a new code and enter it promptly. Older codes become invalid once a newer code is issued.

Account approval

After verifying your email, your account may be reviewed by an administrator before it is activated. If you are signed in but cannot access your dashboard, you will see a waiting-approval screen. This is expected — there is nothing else you need to do. If approval takes longer than a working day, contact support.

Signing in

  • Use the username and password you registered with, or continue with Google if you signed up that way.
  • If sign-in fails repeatedly, reset your password or contact support.
  • Sign-in is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile; if verification fails, reload the page and try again.

Resetting your password

  1. Select “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email address and request a reset code.
  3. Enter the code you receive to verify your identity.
  4. Choose a new password and confirm it.

Reset codes are single-use and expire quickly. If your code is rejected, request a new one. You can also change your password from your profile once signed in.

Taking an exam

  • Timer — the exam timer is authoritative and runs from the moment the exam starts. It keeps running even if you reload the page.
  • Sections — exams may be divided into sections. Your progress and answers are saved as you move between questions.
  • Auto-submit — when the timer reaches zero, the exam is submitted automatically with the answers recorded so far.
  • Manual submit — you may submit early from the exam screen. Review your answers before confirming, as submission is final.
  • Integrity — do not open multiple tabs or devices, and do not use unauthorised help. Detected violations may invalidate your attempt.

Understanding grading and results

  • Correct answers earn marks; incorrect answers may be penalised with negative marking, depending on the exam.
  • Negative marks are floored so that a score never goes below zero.
  • Results show section-wise and overall scores, and whether you passed the exam.
  • Your attempt is graded against the answer key in effect at the time of submission.

Managing your profile

  • Timezone — set your timezone so exam times and reminders are shown correctly. We can detect it from your browser, but you can change it at any time.
  • Personal details — keep your name, contact number, date of birth, and address up to date.
  • Password — change your password from your profile using the OTP-verified flow described above.

Troubleshooting

The page will not load or looks broken

  • Refresh the page and try again.
  • Update your browser and disable extensions that block scripts.
  • Clear your cookies if you are stuck in a sign-in loop.

My answers were not saved

Answers are saved as you go, but a lost connection can interrupt saving. Check your internet connection. If you believe an answer was lost, note the question and contact support with your exam name and attempt time.
